- Clear customs and pick-up luggage
- Terminal 1: Proceed to Post A, on arrivals level, outside terminal building along the curb side.
- Terminal 3: Proceed to Post # 7, on arrivals level, outside terminal building along the curb side.
- See Commissionaire at designated Pre-Arranged post.
- Please give Commissionaire your name and ask him to dispatch Melrose Limousine.

1. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs call our dispatch office @ 1-855-635-5466 and notify that you are on your way to the designated pre-arranged post.If commissionaire advises you that there is no Melrose Limousine registered in your name, or within 10 minutes of his dispatch your limo does not show up, please call our office immediately to assist you @ 1-855-635-5466. We kindly request all our customers if you are delayed by (Canada customs inspector) or lost luggage please call our dispatch office.
Melrose Limousine always monitors your flight arrival time, that’s why you don’t have to call us if your flight is delayed. We do ask that you contact us if your flight is cancelled to avoid a no-show or late cancellation charge.
